Unauthorized disassembly or modification of this product is prohibited, and non-official repair is forbidden. MetaGrav shall not bear any liability for any malfunctions or damages caused by the above acts.

Do not operate this product in extreme environments such as high temperature, extreme cold, chemical corrosion, fire or water immersion. MetaGrav shall not be liable for any malfunctions or damages resulting from such use.

Normal wear and tear of components and battery aging under regular use are regarded as normal usage risks of the product. MetaGrav shall not assume corresponding consequences or liabilities.

You agree to strictly abide by applicable export control laws and relevant sanction regulations.

You warrant that you will not use the functions or services of this product for purposes including but not limited to supporting terrorism, nuclear facilities, biological or chemical weapons, or any military purposes that endanger national security and interests. You shall not use the product for the design, development, production or deployment of weapons of mass destruction and their delivery systems.

You warrant that you are not subject to trade restrictions, sanctions or other legal restrictions imposed by any country, international organization or region. Otherwise, you may not be able to register or use the functions and services of MetaGrav products normally.

We recognize our responsibilities and obligations for global operations and strive to ensure our products and services comply with laws and regulations worldwide. We remind all users to comply with local laws when using our products and services. Users are encouraged to understand and respect their rights and obligations under local legal frameworks. To meet legal requirements in different regions, we may adjust product functions, service content or privacy policies to satisfy local compliance requirements. As a user, it is your responsibility to learn and comply with local laws, including but not limited to rules for uploading, sharing, downloading and using content.

The user warrants to use this product only for legitimate purposes and agrees to all terms of this document as well as any relevant policies or guidelines formulated by MetaGrav. MetaGrav shall not be liable for any losses or consequences arising from the user’s failure to use the product in accordance with this guidance and the User Manual.

Subject to applicable laws and regulations, MetaGrav reserves the final interpretation right of this document. MetaGrav reserves the right to update, revise or terminate these terms without prior notice.
