Other Provisions

You shall bear the shipping cost in advance when sending products to MetaGrav.

After MetaGrav receives your faulty product for warranty, we will conduct inspection to identify the issue and liability. If the problem is an inherent manufacturing defect of the product, MetaGrav will cover inspection fees, material costs, labor costs and return shipping fees.

If inspection confirms the product does not qualify for free repair, you may choose paid repair or have the original unit sent back. You will bear the return shipping cost for sending back the original unit.

If the product issue falls outside the warranty scope, we will charge corresponding inspection fees, spare part replacement fees, testing fees, labor fees and transportation fees according to the specific problem.

Product repair may lead to data loss. Please back up your data in advance.

Do not send back severely damaged battery packs. If such battery packs are delivered to MetaGrav, they will be scrapped and will not be returned.
